FaysoVPN account control
Permanently delete your account.
FaysoVPN accounts can be deleted inside the app or by sending a verified request to Hyperlink Software Technology LLC. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.
Open FaysoVPN and go to Account.
Select Delete account and enter your password.
Complete the confirmation shown in the app.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address attached to your account and include your FaysoVPN username. If your account has no email, include the username and device model. We may request limited information to verify account ownership. We respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Your username, email, login credentials, active FaysoVPN entitlement, points and referrals are removed. Devices are disassociated from the account. The deleted account cannot be restored.
What may be retained
Limited purchase, order and refund records may remain linked only to an anonymized internal record for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance. They cannot be used to sign in or restore the account.
Google Play subscription
Deleting a FaysoVPN account does not automatically cancel a recurring Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play to stop future charges. You may still request account deletion whether or not the subscription has already been cancelled.
