Privacy Policy

We do not log your browsing activity. We do not record the websites, domains, destination IP addresses or URLs you visit while connected, and we do not inspect, store or sell the contents of your traffic. Nothing in our systems associates a connection with the destinations reached through it.

FaysoVPN contains no advertising, behavioral analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other apps.

If you create an account, we store the username you choose and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password in readable form. An email address is optional and is used only to verify your account and reset your password if you forget it.

To identify your device to our service, we store a device identifier and your device model. The identifier is derived from the Android device ID, or is a random value generated by the app if that is unavailable. It is not an advertising identifier, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking across other apps.

When you connect or disconnect, we record that the event happened, the time it happened, the VPN protocol and node, and the device it belongs to. These records exist to enforce trial time and subscription entitlements and diagnose service problems. They do not include your traffic, destinations or session content.

The split tunneling feature lets you choose apps that should bypass the VPN. To show you that list, the app reads applications visible to it on your device. This list is processed only on your device to build the picker and local routing rules. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else.

Subscriptions and one-time access are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment; we never see or store your card or payment credentials. We store the resulting order record, including the plan, price, duration, status and Google Play purchase reference needed to verify and honour it.

We use the information above to authenticate you, apply your trial or subscription, deliver service notices, handle refunds and support requests, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers needed to operate FaysoVPN: our hosting and database provider, Google Play for billing, and our transactional email provider for verification and password-reset messages. Each receives only what that task requires. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists. Connection records are kept only as long as useful for entitlement, security and diagnostics. You can permanently delete your account from the Account screen in the app. Deletion removes your username, email, login credentials, active subscription, points and referrals, and disassociates your devices from the account.

We retain limited purchase, order and refund records linked only to an anonymized internal record where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance. These retained records cannot be used to sign in or restore the deleted account.

You may also request deletion without the app by emailing contact@hyperlink.us.com from your account email address. Include your FaysoVPN username. We may request limited information to verify account ownership before completing the request.

You can add, change or remove your email address, restore purchases, request a refund and permanently delete your account from the Account screen. You may contact us about your data at contact@hyperlink.us.com.

FaysoVPN is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website where appropriate.
