Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old, legally able to agree to these terms, and permitted to use a VPN where you are located. The service may be unavailable in countries or regions where offering or using it is restricted by law, sanctions, a platform policy, or a network provider.

The service provides encrypted network routing. Availability, speed, latency, and access to a particular node are not guaranteed. We may add, replace, limit, or remove nodes to protect reliability and users.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and any lifetime-access offer are shown before purchase. Google Play processes Play Store purchases under its own payment and refund rules. Recurring plans continue until canceled through Google Play.

Lifetime access means access for the supported lifetime of the service and account, not the lifetime of any person or device. It remains subject to these terms, applicable law, and service availability.

An unlimited-data plan has no fixed data allowance for ordinary personal use. It does not promise a minimum speed, permanently reserved capacity, or unrestricted automated and commercial traffic.

Fair use prohibits operating public or resale gateways, sharing access beyond the allowed device limit, continuous automated transfers that materially degrade service for others, denial-of-service activity, scanning, spam, credential abuse, malware distribution, unlawful access, or other traffic that harms the network, providers, or third parties.

We use aggregate traffic totals, connection metadata, capacity, and security signals to enforce fair use. We do not use browsing destinations or content for this purpose. When practical, we may warn the account holder before applying a proportionate limit. Severe, unlawful, security-threatening, or repeated abuse may result in immediate throttling, node restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Keep your credentials secure. One account may be used on up to three registered devices unless your plan states otherwise. You can remove a device from account settings. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Do not use the service to violate law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy, platform rules, or another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to obtain another user’s access.

Our Privacy Policy explains the limited account, device, purchase, and connection metadata we process. No system is perfectly secure. You must keep your device and credentials protected and promptly report suspected account compromise.

We may suspend or end access when required by law, to address nonpayment, to protect the service, or for a material or repeated breach of these terms. We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
